I have been renting apartments in So. California for 15+ years and I can easily say that Cochrane is the best property management company I've ever dealt with... I've been living in one of their apts for over 3 years and I couldn't be happier with them. I live in a place that is over 100 years old and I surprisingly haven't had many issues with the property; every time I've needed maintenance done, Blanca gets back to me right away and always after the maintenance is completed someone contacts me to make sure everything is fixed and I am happy. The main reason that I have not had a lot of maintenance issues with the place I am currently in, is because Cochrane uses amazing contractors. The plumbers, the electricians, the cleaners and the landscapers are top notch, so when something needs attention, it is done right. I highly recommend Cochrane Property Management
